PREVIEW ONE OF MY REPORTS

The Inspection Process

Once you confirm that you would like to proceed with an inspection, I will need the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Your email address

  • The address of the dealership or location of the RV

  • The dealership salesperson’s name and phone number, or the private seller’s name and phone number

  • The year, make, and model of the RV

  • The RV’s VIN

Once I receive this information, we will schedule the inspection for a time that works for everyone. I will then send you our two-page inspection contract. Please initial, sign, print your name, and date the contract, then return the completed copy to me.

After I receive the signed contract, I will provide you with a preparation checklist to share with the dealership or private seller. This checklist will explain what must be connected, available, and ready when I arrive so that I can complete a thorough inspection.

Please make sure the dealership or private seller understands and follows the checklist. If any required items, utilities, or systems are unavailable or not properly connected, I will be unable to inspect those portions of the RV.

A complete inspection generally takes 6–10 hours. You will receive a detailed inspection report within one to two days after the inspection. Once you have reviewed the report, I will be happy to discuss the findings and answer any questions you may have. if you prefer i can do a ISSUES ONLY Report that saves me lots of time and can get you the report back the next day vs 2-days to do the report.

I am your eyes and ears throughout this process. My goal is to make your inspection experience as easy and straightforward as possible, so please feel free to contact me with any questions.
