A/C TUNE-UP SERVICE

WHEEL BEARING INSPECTION & PACKING

WATER HEATER SERVICE & MAINTENANCE

  • Water Heater Tank Flush/ clean out of all sediment

  • Inspection and maintenance of the heating element (replacement for additional cost)

  • Anode rod check (replacement available at additional cost)

  • Thermocouple inspection

  • Pressure relief valve testing

Our professional awning replacement service helps restore your RV’s comfort and curb appeal, giving you a refreshed, functional outdoor area you’ll love.

Whether your awning has minor damage or needs a full replacement, we’ve got flexible service options to fit your needs:

Option 1: Customer-Supplied Material

Cost: $350

You provide the replacement fabric, and we handle the installation.

Note: If the provided material is incorrect or does not fit, a $175 service call fee will apply.

Option 2: Full Support Package

Cost: $450

Includes two service visits:

  1. Measurement & Consultation

    Our technician will measure your existing awning and guide you in selecting the correct size and fabric type.

  2. Installation

    Once your material arrives, we’ll return to complete the professional installation and ensure a perfect fit.

Note: Full downpayment for fabric is due before purchasing fabric.

Slideout Topper Options:

WINTERIZATION

Protect your RV from costly cold-weather damage with professional winterization. If temperatures are expected to drop near or below freezing for more than 24 hours—or you plan to store your RV through the winter—this service is essential. Winterizing helps safeguard your plumbing, appliances, and batteries from the effects of freezing temps and moisture. For best results, schedule your winterization as soon as temperatures start dipping into the low 40s.

Service Includes:

  • Drain fresh water tank and all water lines

  • Drain water heater and remove anode rod

  • Disconnect batteries for storage

  • Disconnect propane system

  • Includes Mobile Service fee ($49 dollar value)

  • includes up to 2 gallons of RV antifreeze to plumbing system

    ($10 per additional gallon if needed)

Cost: $250

DE-WINTERIZATION

Get your RV ready for spring and summer with a full de-winterization service. This process ensures all systems are safely brought back online and helps identify any issues caused by storage or freezing. Proper de-winterization ensures your RV is safe, functional, and road-ready for the season ahead.

Service Includes:

  • Reinstall and reconnect batteries

  • Check and top off battery fluid levels

  • Reconnect propane tanks

  • Co & LP Detectors Tested (batteries replaced if needed)

  • Flush antifreeze from water lines

  • Includes Mobile Service fee ($49 dollar value)

  • Reinstall anode rod or drain plug in water heater

NOTE: Must be done at a full hook up site with water and sewer
