Warranty Work
The only way I handle warranty work is if the customer pays me upfront. Unfortunately, working directly with warranty companies often takes up a lot of time and usually isn’t worth the effort.
However, I’m happy to provide you with a detailed invoice that you can use to file your claim with the warranty company. I’m also more than willing to speak with them directly if they need to verify any information. In short, you pay me first, and then you handle the claim with your provider.
Hourly Rate
$99 Minimum Charge for the First Hour, $150 an hour after that.
Example: If your A/C is not blowing cold, the total cost to come out and diagnose the issue starts at $199 — this includes a $100 mobile service fee and a $99 minimum charge for the first hour of labor.
If the repair takes longer than one hour, additional time is billed at $150/hour, in 15-minute increments.
Service Fee
$100 within 50-miles of Wichita Falls, TX. Beyond that, add $2 per additional mile.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and cash — all payable on the spot. Tap-to-pay is available, so there’s no need to share your card information over the phone.
All payments are due daily at the end of the business day. Even if repair takes more than one day.
Serving Location:
We provide repair service within a 50-mile radius of Wichita Falls, Texas, for a flat $100 mobile service fee. Need us farther out? No problem — we’ll travel beyond that for just $2 per additional mile.
